There have been explosion of interest on Park Jung Min and oversea’s agencies.

According to CNR media, Sony Music Asia representative from Taiwan went to South Korea last 24th of September to seek talents. On the 30th of September, The Taiwanese agency got interested in Park Jung Min and signed a full contract with them.

However, Park Jung Min is still in Korea preparing for his album and his agency said, “He promised to visit Taiwan very soon.”

Park Jung Min caught the interest of the Taiwanese officials. He will be working on an album in Korea and next on Taiwan.

Meanwhile, Park Jung Min will be releasing his first solo album on the 25th of November afterwards have a fan meeting on the 27th.

SS501 Park Jung Min expressed that he wish to do activities with the other members again.

‘I will massage after waking up in the morning. After that i will be like a student and go to exercise and study. Everyday, i will be learning Chinese, acting and vocal training. I felt that i have returned to 5-6 years ago when i first debuted.’

The activities in the Chinese industry will be announced in the Fanmeeting during December. It is scheduled that in the next half of the year, he will act in a drama. He will also released a mini album in Korea in November.

SS501’s Kim Hyung Joon is rising as ‘Asia’s multi-entertainer’ after being cast for the leading male role in the musical “Caffeine.”

“Caffeine” has already enjoyed much recognition due to the involvement of its producer, actor Kang Ji Hwan. Yet the positive reception lies substantially within the musical’s witty and realistic comparisons between the romance of a man and a woman to coffee and wine. “Caffeine” has become particularly popular with audiences in their 20’s and 30’s.

Production company SH CREATIVE WORKS revealed, “Kim Hyung Joon will be performing in season 2 of ‘Caffeine’ with the support of Kang Ji Hwan.’”

Kim Hyung Joon begins singing rehearsals this week, and will perform by the end of 2010. He will also be going through physical training in order to keep up his stamina for the 100-minute-long performance.

Kim Hyung Joon stated, “This is my first musical and I feel that it’s an excellent blend of acting and singing. I’m also very nervous and excited as it is a work that has received much praise by musical critics. Among the wide variety of pets raised by the many idol stars is SS501 Kim HyungJun’s cute toy poodle.

As famous as Kim HyungJun, is Kim HyungJun’s pet Choco. ‘E!Star Korea’ went to the filming scene of Kim HyungJun and Choco taking a stroll.

In fact, Kim HyungJun’s puppy Choco was mistaken as a small toy poodle, but it grew rapidly, and is a famous puppy among the netizens,

Kim HyungJun whom we met at the filming scene where he took Choco for a walk, said defending Choco, ‘Though it is true that she has grown a lot since we first got her, this should be the normal size for a poodle to grow into and she grew into a standard poodle.’ After the date with Choco, he also parting kiss with her.

SS501’s Park Jung Min talked about his upcoming solo activities and confessed his feelings on his group performing as solo artists, at his official press conference on September 30th.

Park Jung Min contracted with Sony Music and revealed his future activities in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore. In addition, he has already contracted with Yamaha Music Entertainment on the 17th in order to expand his Japanese activities, making Sony Music his official distributor for the rest of Asia.

Park Jung Min is the first member of SS501 to officially announce his solo activities in Japan and the rest of Asia. Kim Kyu Jong and Heo Young Saeng are currently planning to release their own future activities as well. Fans have been wondering how the SS501 members will stay together with all of the members spread out.

In a meeting with reporters, he stated,

“A long time ago, I used to think that one of the members could take my place. However, I now believe that right now is the time that our members stand on their own. A group was nice but we all chose solo activities especially for that reason. We did think about going on as five members, but I honestly don’t think that our decision not to is bad.”

- How do you feel about entering the Chinese market?

“I want to be who I am, fresh and fun. It’s hard matching myself to new people but I will do my best.”

- What do you think are some of the aspects Chinese people like you for?

“I’m good at getting comfortable with people and laugh easily. They probably like my friendless and my willingness to learn their language.”

- Do you have any worries?

“Nothing in particular. I’m good at adjusting. However, the Chinese are very religious. As long as I adjust my lifestyle, I think I will be fine.”

- CEO Choi Jin Dong said he will be making you into an even bigger star.

“I’m still lacking a lot of things but I will try my best. I feel like I’ve returned to being a student lately. The minute I wake up, I get managed from head to toe. I have to exercise, rehearse, learn languages, etc. It’s like I’m a trainee again, preparing for debut 5-6 years after I’ve already debuted.”

- Where do you want to be in a year? In five years?

“Since I’m just now taking my first step, I’d like for me to advance a bit faster in a year. I want more people to take notice of me, and five years later, finally find my place. I’d also love to work with the SS501 members once a year. The members want that as well but we’re all in separate agencies. I’d like to personally set a date and actually do it but there’s two that are still trying to finalize their agency contracts.”

- You’ve gone from being a group member to a solo artist. What do you need to do for yourself?

“Being without my members and staff that have been with me up to this point, it’s lonely. I’ve just now started learning Japanese and Chinese. There are things that I’m able to see alone that I wasn’t able to see as one of the other members. I gained weight during our last album and didn’t notice it but now I see those things clearly.”

- Your Korean comeback is set for November. How is that coming along?

“It’s still in the production process. I’ll work hard to make sure it doesn’t get delayed past this year.”

- You’re the first of the SS501 members to officially announce your Chinese activities. What was your main concern?

“I thought that being given the opportunity to work with these people was a rare chance. The Hallyu wave is becoming stronger than ever in the Asian market. I was worried up until the last moment, actually. Sony Music put a lot of faith in me which is why I decided to go through with it.”

- Will it be more difficult to see you in Korea after this year?

“I’m going to be staying in Korea this year for as long as possible. However, I must go overseas next year for my drama. I am hoping to participate in OSTs and whatnot, though. “

- Do you have anything you’d like to say to your fans?

“I’ll remain as the Jung Min they always knew, so please wait for me. I’ll be meeting them all soon with a brand new image.”

Korean idol group SS501 member Park Jungmin came to Taiwan alone to hold his worldwide premiere conference as he officially announces his contract with Sony Music Taiwan. Park Jungmin who empowers high popularity does not reflect signs of any decrease in popularity where fans buy cars to chase after his vehicle etc, showing a huge sight. Park Jungmin had just signed on to CNR MEDIA at end of August in Korea, and in beginning of September he has also announced to be invading the Japanese musical markets, whilst on 30th he has now arrived in Taiwan to hold his worldwide premiere press conference where he officially announces his plans to invade into the entire world.

Under the planning of Sony Music, Park Jungmin will have collaborations in drama and music. At the same time, during this day's press conference, Sony Music's CEO for central china region Choi Jin-dong (Taiwanese, chi-krn transliteral) ssi has also presented a hugely expensive glass of art titled [Hero spreads his wings]. This glass of art is only limited to 860 pieces in the world, with this old owl spreading out his strong wings so proudly as he takes to the high skies, it shall represent the ascending of Park Jungmin as a part of Korea's top idol group SS501 to the skies, and under further love of huge group of fans in Korea, Japan, China etc, he sets off with a brand new status. With his announcement to invade Taiwan and into the Asian markets, it is expected that Park Jungmin will have more diverse developments in his showbiz career and that he will continue to shine brighter in the international markets as he shall carve out a new sky of his own.

Park Jungmin's been to Taiwan many times but his thoughts this time is different. Though he is developing alone now, Park Jungmin brings with him the attitude of exceeding himself to challenge for the limit and holds along that firm stand and attitude to carve out his sky in Taiwan. Park Jungmin who has a language flair began to yak in Mandarin non-stop the moment he arrived in Taiwan. He sees camera-men holding the cameras and will start asking for the pronunciation of camera in Mandarin. He could possibly see anything at all and ask for its pronunciation. His high curiosity indeed awes the staff there on his high energy level. Even for his luggage, he even came out of the room to move his luggage into the room by himself after it's been delivered to his hotel doorstep. Such a friendly attitude of his is much well loved as he shows no air at all and even sends greetings to fans one by one. On his way to his hotel, he even pulled down the car window to greet with the fans warmingly, shouting words like "I love you all", "I will die without you all" etc; one of his wishes with his trip to Taiwan this time is to take a thorough shopping across Taipei and wishes to experience the nightlife of Taipei. Park Jungmin expresses that after he comes to Taiwan, there will be lots of matters for him to pick up, so he asks for everybody's support and encouragement.

On the press conference also came Lin Yu-chun (little fatty; nickname), he took out time amidst his busy schedule to welcome this Korean junior of his. Little Fatty excclaimed, "I've finally got a junior! I've heard that Park Jungmin loves hamburgers!" after which Lin Yu-chun also presented to Jungmin his english album and an encouragement handkerchief along with an "extra large burger", sharing with Jungmin his happiness being an international star. Little Fatty expresses, "If I have a chance I will definitely bring Park Jungmin to taste the many palatable delicacy of Taiwan's. Will also introduce the many famous and exciting places to Jungmin, to let him feel the passion and sentiments of Taiwanese".
